TESPAM Syria is a trading and delivery company first — and the channel through which TESPAM's research centres, civil platforms and commercial capability reach the Syrian market.
TESPAM Syria is TESPAM's commercial affiliate (“iştirak”) in Syria. It was incorporated to carry out commercial processes inside the country, and its purpose is commercial delivery — contracting, executing and holding risk locally. The group's Damascus office gives it a permanent physical base in the market.
Its commercial activity spans investment advisory, construction, fuel trade, construction materials and mining and equipment trade, drilling and well services, education, upstream venture structuring and governance, and financial advisory — together with every capability the wider TESPAM commercial network offers.
Alongside its commercial activity, TESPAM Syria carries TESPAM's presence in the country in a second capacity: it represents the research centres and civil platforms that make up TESPAM's academic and civil streams, and it represents TESPAM commercially across Syria more broadly, using TESPAM's capabilities in its own operations.
In every mandate it delivers, TESPAM Syria draws on the same research base, models and technical expertise that stand behind TESPAM's published work. TESPAM has maintained continuous research coverage of the Syrian energy sector throughout the conflict period and has developed project experience on the ground, including solar development work in the Deir Atiya area — a combination of documented sector knowledge, an office in Damascus and executed project experience that is unusual in this market.
